Luxury eco and sustainable design online retailer E-Side is looking for a smart, highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to assist in the day-to-day running of the business.

This is a diverse and hands-on role with an exciting premium retail business selling beautiful design-led furnishings, homewares and accessories, and involves the processing and preparation of customer orders, assisting in the planning and execution of the store’s marketing campaigns, liaising with clients on the B2C front, and supporting the brand at local trade shows occasionally. Knowledge and previous experience of e-commerce, retail and interior design will be a plus, although not mandatory.

The role is currently based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, but will be moving permanently to a showroom space in Central London within the next few months. Therefore the candidate must be flexible with travel.

The right person will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer services, be highly organized, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be IT proficient in using all standard office software packages (Word, Excel), internet browsing (Internet Explorer,Chrome) and Social Media (Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook).
